unfortunately I had a bad experience with this brand, I bought a ring just under 2 years ago and the saleswoman told me that it would have a guarantee, but when I came to the store for this type of problem there is no guarantee, don't buy this type of ring because they all come loose, you will pay dearly and use little follow photos of the problem.
I bought a pink serpenti purse for my wife in February and one of the snake eyes popped out. I took the purse in for repair in early July and was given 6 weeks for repair. We’re now at the end of September and still waiting on the purse. Word to the wise. If you need a repair, plan on 3-6 months vice 6 weeks. No follow up on status of the purse either.
