Dr Jamie was amazing! She was so very friendly and extremely thorough that I felt like I was in the wrong century because of the quality of care she gave me. She spent a very long time with me and explained a lot of things to me. I was so impressed and thankful that I had to restrain myself from hugging her. She was professional, knowledgeable, humble, kind and just totally a excellent caregiver to me. I thank you so much.
Dr. Goldwasser is an amazing addition to the team. I love that the clinic is expanding and including more providers by offering telemedicine directly from the clinic offices. BUT The downside is the likely understaffing issues with clinic staff and nurses. If you call and leave a message on a nurses line, I’d say it’s 50/50 if you will ever get a returned phone call. My 4 year old came here for his immunizations for school & we had such a great experience! The administration was kind & quick, the wait time was less than 2 min, the nurses were warm & knowledgeable, & his doctor connected with him & reassured him in a way he understood. My kiddo screamed & was a total wreck after the shots but everyone still treated him with respect. And gave him a cool toy! ☺️
