First time, didn’t know quite what to expect however, the staff were amazing, courteous, knowledgeable and proficient. Looking forward to my return visit.
Be prepared to WAIT A LONG TIME. Appointment at 2:45 and did not get the appointment process rolling for 43 minutes later...after I complained. Don't doctors get it that patients have things to do as well? The overbooking frustrates my schedule. The care I received when I finally got it was good. The facility is clean and modern.
Dr Nguyen is pleasant and professional. His expertise and care have been instrumental in preserving my vision.
He is a really good doctor. He's nice and kind and he answers all my questions
