El 30/10/2024, hice una compra a una empresa de cosméticos en Miami, se hizo un envío de 8 cajas a Venezuela y hoy 31/03/2025, está mercancía no ha sido recibida. Lo grave es que esta a empresa le tienen retenido el conteiner en la aduana, según lo que responden cuando uno llama. Usé este Courier porque la empresa a la que le hice la compra me informó que si usaba otro Courier diferente a BVA EACA EXPORT, ellos no se hacían responsable por la mercancía.
