We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. We never got our drinks & the waitress never came back so we stopped a waiter & he finally brought our drinks. We were there 3 hours. Finally brought our food & it was completely cold. I have eaten here about 6 times & only had 2 times in the middle of the afternoon had good service. All the other times have been bad. The manager sucks, he should have came over to apologize but never did. I won't go back, the only thing nice is the atmosphere. We saw 3 other tables get up & walk out.

Buzzard Billy’s delivered again! What a great place to eat on the water. Of course the real highlight is Suzanne. She’s honestly the best waitress in Waco. I always ask for her, because she knows how to make a good dining experience even better!!! The view is great too.
