We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Our first visit was amazing! The service was was fast even when they had a bus load arrive. Food was very tasty! Would highly recommend.
The food is very good the view spectacular and the live music was very nice ❤️ day or night a great option.
The food was delicious . The entire staff was friendly and made sure our dining experience was great . They have a beautiful coy pond in front and a deck that you can see the Brazos river and parts of downtown .

I was at the grand opening of Buzzard Billy’s back in the 90s as a student at Baylor, and now, 25 years later, I keep coming back every time I’m in Waco! Great food and fun atmosphere!
