Property is a mess with garbage always strewn outside their entrance and all over the surrounding area - not to mention dog feces and urine smell from irresponsible residents who don’t pick up. property managers are rude and laughed at the report of one of their residents verbally assaulting people minding their own business on THEIR OWN SPACE. I visit my daughter here she loves it.
I’ve lived here for a few years and have watched this place gradually go from bad to worse. Management sucks! We have a complete slum lord as a property manager! Fraternizing with residents and employees in an unprofessional manner.. She’s lives on sight, on my floor.. more than once I’ve smelled the smell of marijuana coming from her unit, like who do they have running this place??? Smh don’t get me started on the homeless problem.. homeless people gain access to the building on a regular basis! Using drugs, and urinating i... read more
