This place horrible with communication and responding back to people. I have reached out to them several times by email and phone for the last 3 weeks about my refund and still haven’t responded. I have call and emailed them like them said below however, still no answer. At this point I will have to take legal action

Dominium whom owns this place, now has to settle a $25 million dollar fraudulent lawsuit. I saw first hand how crooked this place was. Moved out and had sent my deposit late and have to pay me with late charges. They refused. Still owe me for expensive plants l payed for in front of building and took care of all summer. Cover up criminal activities from other tenants. Filed police report on this tenant and buzz loft employees whom covered her crime can't keep employees very long as well. This place is posh
I love it here! Especially living close to restaurants & stores! Love my unit, I'm so glad I've chosen this location when apartment searching. Now after moving in, I read the reviews and I'm Not sure as to what the other reviewers are talking about. I have not witnessed any homeless people living in areas inside the building, never witness loose pets, never witness active drug selling in halls or in front of building, never witness any of what they're saying.
