Very happy with their customer service. The beekeeper assessed my bee hive situation and explained all the steps of the process. The price of the service was a cheaper than a different company that I called before. They did a great job with the repair work. This company was insured and gave me a warranty for this service. I recommend them.
I called they promised to come and no one showed up.
WORST customer service! Waited (2) days for a technician after being told he would be there the day of. I had to make multiple calls and was finally told he wouldn't make it out.
