Stay away from that company. Once they take your money even if they set up defective traps, they will not refund you. They don't stand behind their services, absolutely no refunds policy. I called them because of a raccoon in our backyard, it took habitat during the day. They set up 3 traps and the raccoon was able to close and move them in 2 occasions.
