DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I paid $1200 for squirrel removal services and was sold services that included a temporary tunnel to my attic to get squirrels out and told they'd be back 5-7 days later to install a permanent door to block the entrance. I have followed up NUMEROUS times for them to come back out to complete the job with excuses like "The truck is broken", "My phone broke because it fell off a roof". I was told more then once "We will be there tomorrow/end of week/end of next week" to finish the job as of today NOTH... read more

**DO NOT RECOMMEND! ** We tried to use this business for squirrel removal. The initial consultation was fine. It they never showed after the deposit was paid, we were also never contacted when the appts were missed . They are scam artist and will steal your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! We spent $1300 for squirrel removal and exterior attic repair to prevent further infestation. Squirrels came back shortly after the work and now calls and texts are being completely ignored. Initial attempts to schedule an appointment have been pushed back by weeks, and our last scheduled appointment was a complete no show. These people are horrible and will steal your money! Please do your research before scheduling a service with this company. Check Yelp and the BBB, make sure its the Charlotte location you are looking at. You will be GLAD you did. I did not have a good experience and $1000 just gone, yet my problem remains and the work is incomplete. They never returned or even attempted to after the initial service several months ago. Tried communicating with them several times and they give no effective resolution. Times are hard enough, do the right thing AJ and Amanda. Such a shame.
