I appreciated being told what they couldn't do as clearly as what they could. When I asked about a detail around the porch railing they said it wasn't their trade and gave me the name of somebody who does it, without trying to take the work anyway. Everything they did take on came in exactly as described. That kind of straightness is why I'd use them again.
