Rob worked patiently with us as we "kicked a lot of tires". Rob quickly understood what type of house we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. He was very honest in his opinion of the houses we were looking at and was quick to point out negatives which i appreciated. We lived 50 miles away from the house we eventually bought and during the buying process Rob would go by the house to verify repairs, surveys, etc. saving us the drive over.
