I've sold three houses so far in my 47 years. There is no discernible difference between Buyers Vantage and conventional realtors, except for the thousands of dollars left over for YOU, the seller. The real estate market has changed since 2008, and so should your next realtor. I really can't say enough good things about Trey Fazio and his team. The proof is in the results, a closed deal and a fat check in my bank account. Bravo Trey!

I would definitely recommend Buyers Vantage, we sold our house for sale by owner and Trey and his team were with us every step of the way. They were quick to answer our calls and emails even after office hours. They made selling our house a lot less stressful!
