Used this company to close on a home back in 2015. Currently in the process of refinancing, and decided to use them again. Have sent emails, and even spoke with their receptionist on the phone about getting them to do my refinance. I have not received a single response. I guess I'm no longer worth their time. There are too many positive adjectives Buyer's Title deserves, but can't be listed or I'd be here all day. As a mortgage lender I know each and every time I refer Buyer's Title, Barbara and her team are going to give the very best service. They make me look like a hero to my clients. For any one looking to have a professional title company walk you through the ins and outs of your purchase or sale, you can stop looking because Buyer's Title is the only name you need to know.

Just not very pleased at this point! Fannie Mae property. Just read another review to BEWARE! Wish I had seen the review first. Costing me. Used a VA loan for low cost, then, get taken advantage of!
