If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the biggest scam ever. They are not responsive at all, whether you’re trying to reach Ashlea or the company itself you either get stuck on hold then hung up on or goes straight to voicemail. Do not give these people your money.
Great move experience with this company. They were very communicative the whole way. The direct office could be more responsive to tenants. They do not answer the phone but if you talk in person at the office they are still very helpful. Would recommend
Horrible people to deal with. Unresponsive. Won't address valid maintenance issues. Guessing most of the reviews on here are fake, almost exclusively 5 stars!
Easy move-in process. Fast to respond, easy to get ahold of. We moved into an older unit and it had a couple minor issues, but I am happy with the way they are being handled. Our shower wasn’t working (bath was fine, we could survive), but it was fixed within 24 hours of the maintenance request. We moved into an older unit with some paint stains on the floor, an almost broken cabinet, and a few other things.
