If I could give them a zero I would. Worse company I’ve rented with. We been dealing with leaks for months and they still haven’t fixed the problem. We were called to patch up the hole but not to fix the leaking problem creating mold in the ceiling. Unfortunately I’m still renting with them because it’s so hard to find a new place. Rented a unit from them for a little under a year - had constant issues. When I moved in, there were bedbugs from the previous tenant and mice everywhere. There were poison traps in every corner, so it was a known issue by management prior to me moving in. The laundry room beside my unit, was filthy, and after a water leak they had to open a wall to repair it, which they never closed allowing even more mice to get into my unit. Seriously THE BEST Property Managers I’ve ever worked with…and that is coming from 7 years as an HOA Manager covering two different states where things you’ve never dreamed of from renters and owners would blow your mind along with the blatant disrespect shown in the industry universally. When I first moved in, they were great about fixing the maintenance issues quickly. But after that things went downhill. I put in a request to fix the toilet as it was running constantly - the first request got cancelled with no explanation, the second request sat open for a YEAR. Finally I just cancelled it and got my boyfriend to fix the toilet. Kitchen faucet was leaking so I made another maintenance request and they scheduled someone for a day I said I was not available....
