Having lived in a building managed by Buyers Real Estate for over five years, I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about them. Maintenance requests submitted through their online portal were always handled promptly, and even the move-out process was a pleasant experience. Leasing manager did not "like" the email provided to me by a previous landlord and denied my application based on not liking an email name. She was incredibly rude throughout the entire process. Feels like a scam in which they collect application fees to make money. STAY AWAY.
Buyers Real Estate Property Management provided a professional and well-organized experience. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout. I appreciated their helpful approach and attention to detail, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable property management services in Anchorage.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The definition of unprofessional and incompetent. Their office building is nonexistent and no one answers the phone. They can take months to respond. The company is utter garbage along with their employees, Zoe Ross, and Ashleigh AKA(Florida women).
