When I first moved in, they were great about fixing the maintenance issues quickly. But after that things went downhill. I put in a request to fix the toilet as it was running constantly - the first request got cancelled with no explanation, the second request sat open for a YEAR. Finally I just cancelled it and got my boyfriend to fix the toilet. Kitchen faucet was leaking so I made another maintenance request and they scheduled someone for a day I said I was not available....
UPDATE as of January 19, 2026. Still having issues with trying to speak to an actual manager of this company. Have been given the run around and told I would be contacted by the manager Michael Wight. That was back in Novemeber. Have tried to call multiple times to follow up including calling again about an hour ago and was simply told "we will have someone contact you as soon as possible." We’ve been slummed!!!! Now I know why we were approved for a very expensive 2 tiny bedroom and no closet space apartment for 2200 plus all utilities! Because nobody else wants it. But we couldn’t get correspondence until after we paid for it! Pressure sale! Back against the wall so the kids wouldn’t be homeless in anchorage. Ashly used a time stall tactic! My heat was not working. I contacted the "emergency maintenance line" and despite being told by text (you will not actually talk to a person) that the issue was being escalated it has been 4 days and no one was contacted me. I guess having no heat in Alaska does not constitute an emergency.
