I have been renting an apartment with Buyers Real Estate Property Management since December 2023. Since moving in the first week, we have experienced pest issues, specifically bed bugs and German cockroaches. Responsive until you move in then crickets ..... Moldy broken dishwasher since 11/2024. Maintance requests getting cancelled with zero contact. Had brown water leak from a ceiling fixture in the kitchen all over my produce and floor and nobody came to inspect or repair. Enough evidence to file complaint with Alaska department of commerce, community and economic development and Alaska legal services corporation as well as report to municipal code enforcement division for habitability violations such as mold.
It is impossible to talk to anyone in the office. They will not call you back. They are very unprofessional.
They will not communicate with you for any reason after you sign a lease. The property is old and damaged. I have called the office multiple times and left a message and no one has called me back. Maintenance requests are not answered in a timely fashion. I think all these 5 star reviews are fake.
