I rented a unit for 4 years had a couple of hiccups. I received a telephone call from Mike the owner of Buyers Real Estate asking me to give him insight to always better and improve his business. He took the time and to have great conversation . Mike is one of those rare guys who talks, listens and his word is rock solid and he stands by his word! Thank you Mike you are the real deal!
When I first moved in, they were great about fixing the maintenance issues quickly. But after that things went downhill. I put in a request to fix the toilet as it was running constantly - the first request got cancelled with no explanation, the second request sat open for a YEAR. Finally I just cancelled it and got my boyfriend to fix the toilet. Kitchen faucet was leaking so I made another maintenance request and they scheduled someone for a day I said I was not available....

DO NOT TRUST THUS COMPANY. I am a traveling claims adjuster and needed to have a place in Alaska. I did everything on my part paid on time every time, kept it clean and left after my lease is up in may. Now here we are in the middle of July and they still have no idea whether they have done the inspection nor can they provide any details or timeframes. They do not answer there phones. If you live at one of their properties you can never get a hold of the front office when you’re experiencing an issue that is meant for them to resolve, I recommend you look else where and let this place be your last last LAST option.
