I was being relocated from another state with my work. As you can imagine there are a lot of moving parts trying to sell one home to purchase another one in an unfamiliar area. I'm not sure how I hear about Buyer Resource or Mike Marshall 15+ years ago, but MAN am I glad I stumbled upon them! Mike helped me purchase my first home and even a LOT for our 2nd home (even tho that's not really his "thing"), he helped my brother purchase 2 homes, and helped several other people we have referred... Mike is incredibly thorough, contentious, talented and helpful! He knows his stuff, inside and out! I honestly wouldn't buy a house without HIM as my buyers agent.
