RecommendedHoly customer service 🤩 I called twice before going to the store and got the same person each time (I didn’t get her name) but she helped me with strollers and car seats and was SUPER helpful and not pushy AT ALL. I tried to return a diaper backpack I got from my registry today. The tags had been removed, but I could show that it had been purchased from my registry. The woman, who I think was a manager, told me that she could “smell that it had been used”. Does that sound like something a store manager should say to a customer???? i love buy buy baby , i am currently 8 months pregnant and have a hard time walking long distances, i find it very upsetting that buy buy baby doesnt offer motorized carts seeing that it is a store for pregnant mothers who towards the end of pregnancy cant get around. i couldnt even shop today and im very dissatisfied
