RecommendedHoly customer service 🤩 I called twice before going to the store and got the same person each time (I didn’t get her name) but she helped me with strollers and car seats and was SUPER helpful and not pushy AT ALL. Then at checkout I was walked through the process to find my coupons on the website which I had forgotten about. it had everything for baby My daughter is expecting in April we had fun shopping for her little girl!
The best place to get any baby items you’re looking for 👍🏻
absolutely horrible experience from inside the store to their telephone customer service. they has $300 of my money from a purchase that was canceled and they cant seem to figure out how to give me my money back.i have been fighting this for 10 days. No one from their customer service seems to care that $300 is being held by them after calling 5 times and having every call escalated to management. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SINGLE ITEM FROM BUY BUY BABY AGAIN
Excellent customer service
Outstanding service! My husband purchase the Sound Reducing Hearing Protection Earmuffs by Baby Banz. They really work and our almost 2month old baby girl love them! Comfortable, Adorable & Effective! — with Sammie Davis.
