Pretty great. I put flawless on the phones evaluation, they gave me a rate of how much thatll be. They inspected it and got the rate they promised.
I found this company to be honest and fair. The turnaround time was short.
Sent in my phone using "good" condition. The phone had no major flaws, a few light scratches but nothing out of the ordinary for something 6 years old. The offer for it was $135. They received it and then changed the offer to $83 citing that it has "excessive scratching". Interestingly enough, this was even worse than their "fair" condition price ($98). Their process was simple and straightforward, and their quote was the highest out there. They were very helpful and supportive when they determined that I had not properly disengaged my laptop from ****** before I sent it to them, and they walked me through the steps I had to take. I will definitely use them again for selling my used electronics.
