This could have been bad, but when I complained I received a timely and terrific response. I have purchased several coins over time from Pinehurst and have been completely satisfied. When I griped about how long it was taking to receive my latest buy I got a very nice, personal, email from Amy apologizing and explaining what was going on in their world. It made me feel like it was 1975 and they really cared about how I felt.
