Everyone seems really nice when you go in. Then, you find out they're really just trying to make a sale and as long as you buy the warranty, they don't care. I found a truck that I liked but the "check engine" light was on. I asked what it was and was told it needed an oil change and they'd fix it. The truck was delivered with the "check engine" light still on. I took it to my mechanic, to find out that it was the Active Grill Shutter...a very important piece.
