WE ARE OUT-OF TOWN PURCHASERS OF A NEW HOME IN NW CAPE. WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH OF THE CONCERN MARK AND DENISE PROVIDED. OUR CLOSING WAS LATE MAY AND EVERY THING WAS SMOOTH, HOWEVER 1 MONTH AFTER WE NEEDED HELP WITH UNFORSEEN ISSUES AT THE HOME. ALSO 2 MONTHS AFTER WE HAD ANOTHER SITUATION THAT REQUIRED MARK AND DENISE TO HELP US OUT WITH YET ANOTHER ISSUE.
