I can't say enough good things about Buxton. I will never purchase a boat anywhere else, the customer service is five star. I live far away from the dealership, however they will do anything they can to meet me to service my needs. They make me feel like I'm the only customer in need when I know they are extremely busy. Thanks Buxton for all you do.

These guys are second to none! Customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a boat. They went over and above to have my boat fixed over the weekend, let me pick it up on a Sunday when they were closed and not only that, they had my boat detailed to perfection, when I came to pick it up. Very nice and genuine people that work at this shop. They never turn away with questions I have and always help with anything needed. I have spent a total of a 100 dollars at this shop but I guarantee when I purchase a newer boat I will be buying from buxton marine. I bought a G23 from Buxton a few weeks ago and I cannot say how impressed I am with this dealer. From management, sales, parts,service, and pro shop. Phil, Michael, Mike, Brandi, Morgan, Andrew, Betsy, and the rest. They make you feel at home, and have gone above a beyond for me. I don't ever do reviews but these guys deserve it! Best customer service I have ever had!

I am from deep South Texas. Almost 10hours away. Phil Smith has worked with me on transporting boats/ parts to and from Buxton he has honored service agreements even gone out of his way to honor warranty agreements that other dealers would disregard or place responsibility on the customer. The staff are all friendly and reliable. I honestly have to say that this is my favorite buying experience of all time. Not only including Boats but cars as well.
