Inaccurate appraisal. Unethical business practice and bad customer service. Mr. Buxton intentionally showed lower property value than current market. He used properties sold 9-12 months ago to show lower property value than to discount current market. Also, his methodology of appraisal has error. Never answered phone calls to discuss the error/incorrect methodology of his appraisal, and to correct his error. Furthermore, did not deliver appraisal on time (delay by 10 days). This appraiser was used for a house we are in the process if trying to purchase which turned out to be an overly drawn out and dragged out process. They had to ask for an extension stating they could not find comparable comps. Once they had the appraisal, it had to be sent back twice for corrections, which even further dragged out the process.
