Our group got there right at closing time, staff hooked us all up with to go orders so we didn't go hungry. Fried corn was super. Great staff!
great place can't wait to go back. My wife and four daughters love it and the town.
Had the pulled pork dinner with fried corn on the cob and the spinach casserole. The service was good and the dinner was very good. The fried corn on the cob was excellent!
No smoke flavor in the pork and the meat was soggy. They have a pit out front that smokes, but apparently they don't use it. Must be for effect!
Amazing! Our waitress was so sweet and the food was perfect! And the sweet cats made our day :) we came from Virginia and we will definitely be back!
Business response:
We love what we do down here on the creek and we are excited to hear about your visit today. Thanks for stopping in and dining with us. And yes those BBQ cats are cute! Bugger and Dark are always looking for attention. We will see you all next time. Thanks again!
Goodness gracious! It's a 10!!! Can't wait to go back. Everything was great, including the friendly service. Fried corn? Son! Awesome! Clean place, and reasonable prices! Oh yes, good neighbor!
Business response:
Thanks Dale! Please come back and enjoy another meal with us while you all are in town. That fried corn is awesome. We eat it all the time too!
Good food, reasonable prices, and a great atmosphere
The food was alright, but the wait was not good. Only saw 2 waitstaff, probably won't go back
I had high expectations. I was disappointed. The food was ok, but the meat was very dry and there wasn't much flavor. We ordered dessert (brownie sundae) and it was brought out scorched and the styrofoam bowl had burned clean through on the sides and the bottom! You could smell it. No apologies or anything. Our waitress wasn't very friendly, but bringing customers burnt food (and bowl) warranted at least that much. No one seemed the least bit bothered. Definitely won't be back.
