After recently losing my parents, I brought in some very sentimental family rings that needed repairs to safely wear. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile. I love the atmosphere Joe and Jaimi have created. I enjoy being able to tell them what I am thinking and have them either already have it or know where they can get it or just decide to make it themselves. So very nice to be listened to.
