The chopped brisket sandwich was amazing!! Good job!!
I don't care how far from Mathis you are it is worth the drive. If you love BBQ then this is a "MUST STOP" place. The brisket was so tender and flavorful (best brisket ever) and the ribs were just falling apart. Definitely going back soon!!!!!
Ribs that melt and fall off the bone if you look at em funny. Best I've ever had.

Hands down best BBQ in South Texas! Best brisket the wife and I have ever had! Ribs were awesome! Ordered "The Works Plate," and every bit of it got eaten! Good job Andrew and company! We'll definitely be back.

Definitely worth the five stars !! Literally have never tasted bar b que that's as good as here. Did just a taste test today, but will be definitely going back !! The hype is real y'all ! If you have been here, then you know what I'm talking about ! And if you haven't been here, then you best get to it ! Lol. Great food and great service ! �
Finally got my hands on Butter's BBQ and it was delicious! We ordered El Sancho, SoTx Stack, Sausage w rice and beans...it was all amazing! Even the BBQ sauce was divine! So excited for this establishment and the quality food it brings to our town! Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! Well done Butter's BBQ!
