Always...ALWAYS... have the best food! I do miss the cranberry/apple bread pudding... sigh!! But I had the chocolate pie anyway! Our waitress was lovely and on top of everything! Happy to see you are expanding! Was my SIL's first visit, won't be her last!

Always a prime spot for breakfast or even brunch. Me and my wife love the eggs Benedict i've never had them before until buttermilk and now I've been there four times and have had them every time! They always say there is a wait but it is never as long as you think.
Turns out this is a very popular place and the lines are well deserved! We were not in a hurry so we decided to wait. Took better than 45 minutes to be seated. Food is great and the staff is even better! Our waiter, TJ, was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. And i let the management know it. Lastly......their coffee. Holy Cow! And they'll getting some for you to take home. I bought a 1/2 pound bag!

Excellent service, friendly staff and of course, great food and the coffee was wonderful. Our server, Kelly, did a fantastic job.
The food, and the service was worth the wait time. The chicken and waffles was delicious.
Always eat at The Buttermilk when in New Braunfels!
You WILL have a wait, but all good things are worth waiting for! A waiting line is a good sign, right? Besides, they are very close to expanding the dining area...
