Don't tell mom, but the best fried green tomatoes! Everything including the staff is amazing! It is sooooo worth the wait.

Best eggs benedict I've ever had! I can see myself coming in again and again just to try the entire menu.
It was a Sunday and the wait was about a hour, but they had a never ending coffee pot to help yourself to and was delicious. So we got to our table, ordered a pineapple mimosa, didn't need more coffee. We had eggs Benedict, hollandaise sauce was just right. The bacon and Canadian bacon were both awesome. We are visiting from Columbia,SC so it was a real treat.
It was soooo great! Very fresh!
See that line outside the Buttermilk Cafe? There’s a good reason—-the food and hospitality are WORTH the wait! Chef Carol & her staff serve the best food and every one is so down to earth and happy to be there. I recommend the Avocado Toast.. it’s a vegan’s dream! Marcy and Chef Carol are all about giving back and sharing the love and it is apparent through their involvement with Room Redux and the Food Bank. Thank you for BEING Room Redux and for being the best in New Braunfels!
