I went in with my family to have a nice breakfast before our camping trip. Immediately we were given crude looks from the staff and being that we were the only African Americans in the restaurant, it was all too apparent why. We were sat in the back and waited for service and none came. 8 mins went by and still no greet or even acknowledgemention from any of the staff. Everyone raves about this place so I had to check it out. Extensive menu but I opted for breakfast basics . All delicious and served by an attentive waitress. Nice homey atmosphere . I’ll be back !

This was one our our favorite places to eat breakfast before this morning when we had to have our breakfast replaced FOUR TIMES ... FOUR TIMES AND the manager told us that because we ate our food we would not be compensated? This is also the restaurant who’s hostess asked a pair of coustmers who had ordered a bottle of champagne if they’re taking a Uber? Really? If your concerned over customers drinking to much don’t serve them plan and simple.

Food and service was excellent. I didn’t order it but my coworkers all had chicken fried steak and they said it was the best they’ve ever had. I had beef tips with jasmine rice and the meat was so tender! I would drive from San Antonio to come here again!
