Dr. Butterman was awesome but his staff was very rude and confrontational because they were not truthful on insurance coverage. I came back in to open implant area and said maybe I would just get Dr. Butterman to put the crown in even though my insurance didn't cover crown and it was expensive, the receptionist said they don't want my business anymore and don't come back! Very rude and bad business practice! Customer is always right and they were definitely WRONG!
