I just discovered this place for my DIY beads project. The Staff are amazing and helpful. I will be back. I spent $120 for my project.
Amazing customer service! It was my first time shopping at their online store , I received my order but with the wrong size line. I called and they so applogoetic and helpful and sent me the right thread at no extra charge and let me keep tbe other size , got it the next day ! Thank you very much for the prompt and friendly service
