The building itself is great, but the woman who answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE. She was rude enough that we (small private office looking to rent space) would never even consider Butterfield Properties because I would not want to have to deal with her on a regular basis. Please learn some manners since you are in the field of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give 0 stars if I could due to how very rude this woman was - who did not ever say her name or introduce herself on the call.
