I spent $216 for a fall flower casket spray, & was very disappointed when I saw how wilted & old looking they were, & my brother paid $80 for a summer bouquet that wasn’t worth $30. Me or my family will never use Butterfields again, & I will never recommend them to anyone. We were both promised beautiful flowers, & they failed on both counts.

Thank you for turning what could have been disappointing day for some into a beautiful memorial service. The headstone for my mother's grave was placed the day before the service and we realized they misspelled her last name. So I called Butterfields and asked if they sold headstone flower sprays. They happen to have two available. Both were beautiful. After making my choice she added flowers to hang down over the mistake and no one knew. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you again!!
