I love this office!! From the moment you check in until the moment you check out you are surrounded by caring, friendly staff. I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Konz creates such a calming atmosphere that you can't help but be comfortable. Cleaning appointments yesterday for both my husband and I. Always have been presented with what dental care is necessary in a clear and understandable manner. They always have your dental health at the top of their list. THANK YOU!

I have major anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Both Dr. Konz and her staff reassured me that my experience would be different. They have been so right. I am a new patient and came to this office because my issues were not being resolved. Dr. Konz listened to ALL my concerns and immediately detected I needed a root canal and referred me to an Endodontist who took care of it. When I returned she wanted to know everything, how I was feeling, did I have pain. She followed up on all the things I told her were my complaints.... read more

Dr. Konz and staff .... You guys take the cake in terms of customer service. I am always greeted with a smile. The offering of a heated pillow and Wax treatment for my hands is really appreciated. The excellent communication to me about status of my oral health is great. This most recent visit I mentioned I was in a hurry as I had a meeting at work that was scheduled close to my appointment ... you guys responded in great stride and did your job efficiently and quickly, attendant to my needs. I am a happy customer!

Dr. Konz explained what she thought was the issue and referred me to a endondonist who confirmed her diagnosis. Very apreciative that she not only referred me to a specialist, but that she actually made the call and got me in immediately. Very impressive.

I have been a client of Dr Konz since 2008. I love that they are very timely with their appointments, no long wait times. The special pampering touches of the paraffin hand treatment and the warm lavender neck roll are quite relaxing. They always go the extra mile to make your appointment as comfortable as can be. My teeth and gums have never been healthier. Best dental office in Lake county!!!

Best dentist I've ever been to. Tells you what you have to do to keep your teeth the best you can. Funny thing if you do what they tell you the amount of work that has to be done is minimal. I don't like going to the dentist, but Dr Konz keeps me coming back every 6 months cause she cares, and takes care of more than my teeth. She makes me like a dentist called Dr. Konz :)

I just had my first visit with Dr. Konz and her team and loved it. After the team took care of x-rays and photos of my teeth, she spent an hour talking with me about my previous dental experiences, what my goals were for future treatment, etc. She was very thorough and the whole experience made me very confident that I will get great dental care from Dr. Konz and her team.
