I broke a tooth. Dr. Konz came in on her day off and fixed it--thankyouthankyouthankyou!!!
Always a great experience, if my 16 year old doesn't mind the dentist, you know they're doing something right.
From hot paraffin baths for your hands, to choice of TV channel to whether you want a heating pad for your neck, Dr. Konz makes every attempt to make dental visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible. All the staff are truly focused on customer service and making the experience as pleasant as possible. And of utmost importance Dr. Konz and her team are excellent health care providers!
I felt completely informed as to the morning's procedure and I was treated beautifully.

I went in for my six month cleaning. As always, I was greeted with a smile, promptly taken into the dental "suite" and my teeth were cleaned without any pain or discomfort. My dental hygienist, Dee Marie is kind and gentle. When my mouth is empty of dental instruments, we talk about other things as well. The whole dental process is relaxing, from the helpful office personnel, to the dental technicians to the dentists. Everyone is very personable and thorough. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
I've never met a more caring, thorough dentist, and the office staff is fantastic!
