I was a resident circa 2020. It’s nice to see Pat the old manager left, not surprising to see that an equally incompetent management team had taken over. They want me to go in length for my review? Sure. The floors and walls of this complex are paper thin. You can hear people cough, laugh, and other noises you’d definitely rather not hear coming from the floor above and walls next to you. We just renewed our lease for the second time. You really can't beat the price and location, and the new property manager, Tiffany, has been great. The parking lot is well lit, the landscaping is well maintained, and there are never any loud disteusbances. We love it here. This will probably be the last place we live until we buy a house!
Awesome place to rent, quiet, clean and very affordable, property manager is super nice and neighbors are very respectful. Never had a complaint in the 2 years my wife and I have been here. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone
I love living here its quiet clean and our manager is absolutely amazing she's caring considerate and understanding couldn't ask for better !!!!!!!!
