I celebrate a 2 hour dentist visit by buying a cream puff and 6 macaroons. All were delicious! It's not really in my neighborhood but I'll gladly take a 20 minute one-way detour to visit here again, and again, and again ....
My husband and I stopped here for the first time today. I went in wanting a chocolate cake for my birthday. They had a couple that looked absolutely delicious, but they also had a Salted Caramel cake. I love salted caramel, so I decided to try this one. BEST decision ever!! It was by far the best cake I have ever had! I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone!
I ordered a Pluto smash cake for my sons birthday. Everyone at the shop was very nice and helpful! Not to mention the cake was absolutely stunning. Their attention to detail is amazing...they even thought to give Pluto's eyes and nose the appearance of being wet! Not to mention the cake was absolutely delicious. I will be going back here for more cakes!

I never write reviews but I just had to for Buttercream Bakeshop! I just got my second cake from them for my husbands 40th birthday and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone at the party raved about it and wanted to know where I got it. Not to mention that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (and patient with indecisive customers :) I highly recommend using them for your next party!
The cinimon coffee cake is melt in your mouth wonderful!
This is my go to place for the absolute best cakes & cupcakes! Try their moose rock cakes too - delish!
What a delightful Bake Shop in the quaint little town of Apex! This shop along with the many others around it are a great reason why Money Magazine voted this town number one in the country. I will definitely be back!
