We use fresh fruit and unsalted butter, not lard or shortening and we get our beautiful designs and finishes by using our much loved whipping cream mousse and not fondant. We now sell floral silks and ribbons for convenience or brides may provide their own or arrange for fresh floral.

We met with Erica today and tasted eight flavors, we were looking to select four. All were great but found two were perfect and we were debating between the other two. Instead of having us pick something that want "perfectt" in our minds, Erica brought us out some other flavors to try! Beyond great service. We had a wonderful experience thus far. Thank you!

They Suck!!! I ordered a construction theme cake for my son's birthday. On the website it showed a sheet cake. When I went to pick up the cake it's a round cake!!!! The guy then tells me it only comes in round cake!!!! WTF... Then the guy tells me he can have a sheet cake made in 20 minutes!! So then why the heck would I had to order 48 hours in advance in the first place!!! He just shrugged his shoulders as to why his website shows a sheet cake versus it being comes in round cake. I should have gone to Cocoa & Fig!!!

Brittany I apologize for the miscommunication - the cake on the website serves 50 people and you were having under 15 people and when we were looking at the menu I pointed out the 8" round cake. We do not have a 8" square sheet cake. The reason we request 48 hour notice is because we need to know how many people to staff and how much product we need. I have had Buttercream cakes in the past and they tasted amazing! So I recently contacted them to inquire about sizes and styles for a small cutting cake for my wedding. I received two completely different responses from Buttercream staff at the same time (one very nice and the other rude) and one of them had an email attached (that I'm assuming I wasn't supposed to see) that said just responding to my email was losing them money. Our cake and cupcakes from Buttercream were amazing! We ordered a small Red Velvet cake for us and 4 flavors of cupcakes for guests: Lemon Raspberry, Salted Caramel, Black Bottom Cheesecake, and Red Velvet. They were all delicious and our guests loved the variety. The decorations on the top were very cute as well. Marisa was great to work with from the initial tasting up to finalizing everything, and the cupcakes were delivered right to the venue on time. Would definitely recommend Buttercream!
