I highly recommend Buttercream Bakehouse! They are awesome and super nice! The owner is so sweet and made our wedding cake exactly how I wanted it! She is awesome! The flavors were amazing! not really sure. I have been twice and have yet to be waited on. I have checked and have been there during regular business hours. I actually made eye contact with people in the back. I assume my boots and blue jean decor didn't fit the upscale downtown vibe. I'll stick with dunking and Krispy Kreme. They always wait on me no matter my appearance. God bless yall!
My husband, daughter, and I just left buttercream bakehouse. I was so excited to finally try one of the donuts I've seen on facebook and my daughter picked out a cupcake. We were the only customers in there. We stood at the counter for over five minutes, paced back and forth looking at the selection, passing the kitchen where a few employees were. No one greeted us, no one said, "be out in a moment", nothing. They had been open for nearly an hour at this point. Seems they don't have their stuff together.

The best buttercream icing I've had in a long time. Not to sweet and very flavorful. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
I ordered a spinach and feta pastry. Most places it would be a bit dry. This was not. It was quite nice and easy to chew. I also got the Grasshopper coffee. It was good, but I think it would be better iced. All in all good service. I just think they need a better parking/outlet solution.
After getting my sons shots for school, (he starts K-4 this year) my son, my niece and myself met my husband here for Lunch. He had been here previously as he works nearby at Ballantine. The lunch was AMAZING!! The Chicken Salad on the whole grain crescents was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS!! The bread was so soft and fresh and the kids chicken BLTs were sooooo good as well! And the CUPCAKE that comes with the meal was icing on the cake!! Thank you Buttercream for a fabulous meal, we will be back!
