Guillermo P. was very professional and has a good sense of humor. He's work etiquette is superb and outstanding. He fixed the problem we had with our clogged kitchen sink. He advised my wife not to put the cabbage and lettuce in garbage disposal. I laughed cause my wife said she only threw a few in there. LOL, and he said a few was too many.....she just rolled her eyes, but we just all laughed cause she knew it was her fault. Highly recommend Butter Plumbing for plumbing issues.

I had an appointment for 3:30 to fix a leak in my bathroom. I waited until 8:00 to call as the leak was getting worse to see when they would arrive. The women on the phone told me they sent three text messages to say if I still wanted the service since I didn't answer they canceled the call. I checked my text messages and didn't see a text message I brought this to her attention. Her response was to slam the phone down and disconnect. Customer service?????

I called Butter Pluming after waiting for my home warrenty program and their location selected plumbing company to agree to preform replacing my water heater. (5 days and as I write this still waiting.) The warrenty compamy oked the replacement, but the local plummer refused to do the replacement until their restoration co. replaced and repaired my garage walls.
