Counter service establishments like this are promoting themselves as no tip. Let me get this straight: You're offering the same service as a Subway sandwich shop, charging $12 for a grilled cheese (20% living wage markup at common roots) and you pay your cashiers $15 an hour? Literally my favorite "burger" in town is their "beet" burger!! I'm not sure how they do it but it is the most scrumptios combination of ingredients (sans meat) and holds together like a proper burger! Mmm...

The raspberry shortbread cookies are amazing! I deducted one star for the service - it wasn’t busy at all but I stood there for a good 5 minutes before one of the 3-4 people behind the counter decided to help me. One even looked right at me and clocked out.
