Butte Humane Society is where we have adopted all of our dogs (4 in the last 11 years). Although the crew has changed with time, their mission to help pets has not. You can tell that they care about the animals and their quality of life, both during the animals stay at the shelterand once they are adopted. If you are looking for a pet, I'd highly suggest BHS as a first stop. The staff can help you find your new furever friend.

We adopted Winifred yesterday, a 9 year old miniature dachsund/miniature wire haired terrier. She is delightful and fits in perfectly into our family. Winnie came in as a stray and was taken care of very well by Butte Humane Society. Thank you all for what you do for needy animals.
