RecommendedI got my baby girl, Sage, from the Humane Society and everyone I met and worked with here was absolutely wonderful. They helped me make sure I was prepared for a dog, let alone prepared for my first dog ever. And gave me tips in dog training.
Butte Humane Society decided to keep all the money after the fire and refuse to help the lost pets. They killed cats because they didn't want to spend the money to feed them. Terrible organization, don't give them money. Since they announced no more pets left alive in fire zone, hundreds have been found and are being fed by local volunteers because Butte Humane Society refused to take them in.
We adopted an awesome 7 year old male white Boxer. He is our world & spoiled rotten 😁
I made over $600 in donations and not one acknowledgement, no thank you card NOTHING! I donated to the fires in Sonoma/Santa Rosa got a personal cards and still hear from them. Buttes a disappointment. I support Animal Fires, Rescues etc yearly BUT NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE!!! Ungrateful.
RecommendedI worked with this wonderful group after the Camp Fire, and I just can’t adequately express what great things happen here. The doctor worked tirelessly. Her team was so dedicated. The love and care of the injured cats was really something to behold.
