My 2.5 year old has an ear infection so I made her a pediatric appointment in Porterville. I mentioned to them multiple times that she's a new patient, we're new to the area etc. They set her up to be seen the next afternoon. I get to her appointment and they inform me that insurance will likely not cover much, if any, of the visit. It will be mostly out of pocket. I'm confused because I have excellent insurance. But not worried about it if they will bill it to insurance, I'm sure it will all
