I love the dental office as a whole but there is one thing that has griped me for this visit. I was scheduled for a time of 11 AM on April 17th. When I received my confirmation text it had the time of 10 AM. Being as this is the second time this has happened to me where I found out the time change on text versus a call at the time of the change, I decided to call. Ethical, Friendly, Helpful... I have suffered with dental problems my entire life, and I am in my late 30s. The up front and honest evaluation of my issues with my teeth and the great referrals really were about what was best for me, not necessarily the bottom line of the practice. I would recommend Dr. Meltzer and her staff to anyone looking for great dentistry practices in a warm and friendly environment.
