Andrew has come to my home twice before the pandemic and after to give me estimates. Both times he was arrogant and rude, and although his behavior was unbecoming I still wanted to give them a chance to restore my stained glass windows. Most importantly, after looking at many other stores selling glass, I finally found what I needed here. They had in stock, and cut it and had it ready for me in an hour! Great service at a small shop. They mostly make/repair stained glass windows and from what I saw in the shop they do amazing work.
