I needed a key made for my truck today. The entire staff was courteous and the owners took time to introduce themselves while I waited. Best of all, they were able to get my key made right, the first time, even though the blank that was supposed to fit my truck was obviously different. Great experience! Thank you!
My son saved up and wanted to buy a weed eater so we went to True Value and he not only found what he wanted, but the customer service was excellent. The guy behind the counter, Jake, services the weed eater and gave a training on how to start it, how to maintain it, and even how to change the line!! You can't get that at Lowe's!!
