Purchased and had 4 new tires installed on my 2011 Honda Odyssey today. Excellent customer service both on the phone & in person! Butler's beat the price of every tire place I called within the Frederick area. Called to inquire about tires Friday early afternoon and the shop had ordered, received and installed my tires by 12:30 Monday!!
