Dr. Butler was my dentist from the ages of 6-10 (2011-2015). I had several teeth extracted by her at the age of 8, preceding braces to correct improper tooth growth. Her bedside manner was abhorrent, and left me with medical trauma that has affected my ability to emotionally manage dental procedures, immunizations, as well as regular dental checkups, even all these years later. Dr Butler and her hygenists are nice enough. She is okay dealing with basic dental issues but useless when more serious things arise. Her office staff have zero customer service and are nasty-which is a reflection on her. There are enough good dentists in town, don't do it.
