First, I want to thank butler roofing for answering the phone and having a live person on the other end who let me know Jamie would call me and schedule a time to exam our roof. Second, for Jamie calling and coming out to give me an estimate. After examining the roof, he found a couple areas where the water was leaking thru. Wonderful, professional service and product! We were nothing but pleased throughout the entire process. Jamie Summers spent time with us explaining products and colors and left samples for us to look at in different areas and lighting. Work was done according to schedule, and they left our home in neat condition. Especially love the magnets they use, we never worried about nails with our pets/children visiting! Recently had an excellent experience with Butler Roofing. Their staff were all personable and reactive to our needs. First they made a thorough inspection of the roof damage and provided us with realistic repair options. Then they gave us a competitive quote and responded to our questions until we made our decision. Throughout the job they kept us informed of the job status, materials delivery and weather impacts.
